Unfortunately this is a problem out of my hands. The reason is that this is a freely hosted forum, hosted by a site that hosts many thousands more, so if they all get busy, the bandwith suffers and people can't log on.
If you hit refresh a couple of times you should get through pretty sharpish.
This however will not be a problem in the near future, I am upgrading my hosting and using my own forum (need PHP etc. for those in the know) so you won't have these problems, and the forum will be ten times better!! ;D Whats more it wil be joined with the CymFishing forum so you only need log in once!!
Thanks for your patience though, not long now lol ;D please keep trying - Tim

hi mat, it's looking like it's going to be phpbb or something similar (snitz or ikonboard etc.) Whatever the choice, it'll be php based and requires the site to be php compliant. The new cymfishing has some php based features so it was more of a natural progresion. Have a huge amount of bandwith which should sort any connection problems ;D
any sugestions for the new site??
