lol Helluva question!! Will keep it simple. I have most items of fishing tackle to cover most forms/aspects of fishing, however I don't go overboard and buy the latest most expensive gear, you know the ones - 'all the gear, no idea' ;D Wouldn't really call myself a 'tackle tart' but it's nice to know that should situations change, i have the tackle to change with it, if you get what i mean

Unfortunately i fall into the catagory of tackle tart, although unintentionally.
I buy the best i can afford at the time as i believe it will serve me for many years to come.normark 2000 and 3000 float rods are always at hand,i also carry two milo rods, one feeder and a bomb rod.
I have kept the same pole for many years, and at 14.5 mtrs covers all i need.
I never buy tackle just for the sake of having it,all my gear serves a purpose, and spent out on my boss box because it serves me well and is a quality build with trolly, side tray etc all built in.

Just read through my post again... what I actually meant was that I buy the kit thats suits my style and stick with it.
I totally agree that the good stuff lasts which is why I don't buy all the newest gear that comes out.
Might not look the best but it catches fish ;D
